Maria Tells a Story
Mark and Maria enjoyed their meal while watching chipmunks scamper around, gathering newly fallen chestnuts off the ground. After lunch, they watched the clouds drift by and pointed out different animal shapes to each other. As they relaxed in their secret hideaway, Mark asked Maria, “Do you have any new stories for me?” She smiled and said, “Yes.”
